Introduction to Navan
Navan town combines the best of both worlds, country life and atmosphere with convenient access to Dublin city, situated in the centre of the county, at the junction of the rivers Blackwater and Boyne.
Navan more so than any town in the country has seen unprecedented growth in the last 7 years and it is expected that the population will increase from its current level of 24,000 to an estimate of 60,000 by the year 2011. This is due to the fact that it has been designated as the main growth centre for the Region because of the infrastructural investment that has taken place and is to continue into the foreseeable future.

Location
Located approximately 44 km (28 miles) from Dublin on the N3 and within easy access of Dublin Airport. The ferry ports in Dublin, Dun Laoghaire and Belfast are also convenient.

Introduction to Kells
Kells is an estate town of considerable character with fine Georgian buildings and wide streets. Because of its historical links with the monasteries of Saint Columcille, and its unique collection of Celtic High Crosses, it is a designated Heritage town. It is also the birthplace of the renowned Book of Kells. The River Blackwater, which is the biggest tributary of the Boyne, flows through the town. Kells is a friendly town, with a good sense of community – a good place to live. Location
Located at the intersection of the N3 and N52 the town is approximately 64km (40 miles) from Dublin. The new M3 Motorway is planned for completion within 5 years and this will link Kells to Dublin, and will include a ring road around the town.
Population
The population of the town is expected to grow to 8000 by 2006.

As well as two world class 18 hole golf courses at Headfort Golf Club, there are numerous sports clubs in the area including GAA, Tennis, Soccer, Handball, Fishing, Rugby and Badminton as well as opportunities for Equestrian Sports, Boating, Swimming, Drama and Horse Racing.
